Black Raspberry picking has begun

Jewel Black Raspberry Scattered Black Raspberry picking has been going for a couple of days now but it looks like we should have some picking available for serious customers thru the next couple of weeks.

As always early in the season, there may be days when the flow of customers exceeds the supply of berries. If you are coming specifically for black raspberries it would be a good idea to call before you come just to make sure that we are still have black raspberry picking available that morning. Since this is our first harvest season for black raspberries I have no idea what the customer demand will be. Remember that we have only one 300 ft. row planted and may need to shut down for a day or two between pickings to allow the berries to ripen properly.

Strawberries are still available

There is still a limited supply of medium to small sized late season Cabot strawberries available for picking as we head into the final few days of picking.

Red Raspberry picking continues to be good

There is remains a good supply of our late season Nova red raspberry and mid season Reveille available for picking. Our early Prelude crop is now almost finished for the season.
