Dissolve 2 packages (3 oz. each) Jell-O Gelatin, raspberry flavor, in 2 cups of boiling water. Add 3 cups of individually frozen raspberries; stir until berries separate and gelatin begins to thicken. Fold in 3 cups thawed COOL WHIP. Spoon into individual serving dishes (½ to 1 cup size). Chill about 30 minutes or until set then garnish with whipped cream topping for maximum visual impact.
