Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

1 chocolate flavored pie crust
12 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup frozen raspberries -- thawed and drained
Glaze frosting
1 teaspoon margarine
1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon dark corn syrup
2 teaspoons boiling water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs,
one at a time beating after each addition until well blended. Fold in raspberries,
reserving a few for garnish. Place crust on baking sheet. Fill with raspberry mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes. Cool completely and chill.
Glaze: Combine margarine, chocolate, sugar, syrup, and water over low heat until chocolate
is melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour over chilled cheesecake and chill for 3
hours. Garnish with reserved raspberries.
